2   Using Method: �ִ�1

1.Before usage,clean welded residue or oil dirt,coating in surface and welded seam with passivation agent(1—2mm on coating thickness). Keep 1-3 hours in room temperature; when welded cleaning, brush it with stainless steel wire.Generally scrub away with cotton yarn once on surface and welded seam, then wash it with water to guarantee cleaned surface.

2��2mm coating on oxidation surface from hear-pressure or heat-treatment workpiece; after 5-10 hours, brush once with steel wire, scrub away with cotton waste or cotton yarn, wash it with water to guarantee cleaned surface. �ִ�3

2  Wearing protective appliance for pickling operation, strictly prohibit skin contact with pickling passivation agent, immediately wash it with water.

3  Anticorrosive stainless steel or plastic products for container and tool through pickling and passivation; not contact with carbon steel for welded parts of stainless steel and using tools.

4  Assign special staff for strict storage,far from heat source, treat residue and waste water on time to prevent environmental pollution with lime milk and calcium carbide.
