Purpose:applied for pickling and passivation for welded joint of stainless steel,remove oxidation to keep passivation state,improve surface quality for strong anticorrosion,prolong using life.

Applied for pickling & passivation treatment of pressure vessel.It combines pickling and passivation into one process to obtain even, beautiful, silvery white surface,to improve the quality on surface.It's safe for anticrystal corrosion on welded joint.To improve anticorrosion of stainless steel, it may enhance several hundred milli-volt than untreated condition on destroyed electric potential.After passivation,it may adopt blue-spot test to obtain international standard---QQ-P-35-EMS Standard. It may provide provincial test report and (MSDS) documents.
Using Method
Brushing in surface and welded joint evenly, thicker coating for thicker oxidation. Firstly remove oil dirt for oxidation oil. Scrub away corrosion and oxidation with cotton waste, cotton yarn, rags in 20-40 minutes(by steel brush),then wash it with water.Prolong proper time for higher passivation demand.
Effect
Even, beautiful silver white surface,safe crystal corrosion resistance on welded spot, improve surface quality and anticorrosion on stainless steel, several hundred milli-volt than untreated condition on destroyed electric potential. 忖堪6

Waste Water Treatment:
For environmal protection,put emmission acid solution into pool,after cleaning stainless-steel surface; then neutralize it by lime, soda, sodium hydroxide at 7~8 PH.
